    我最近也得开始背背英语了,从初中开始英语就是痛点,我记得初中有次,语文132/150全校第一,数学148/150,本来两项加起来估计第一稳了,结果英语一加,排名12了,最终以最后一名的方式参与火箭班的考试,那是人生的高光时刻,后来直到高中,英语也是吊车尾,三年三个老师,一直是重点关注对象。江苏对于英语还是蛮重视的,只是当时油盐不进,到了大学考过四六级之后也就很少热情学英语了,但是现在意识到英语极为重要,工作后再挤时间学就很费力了,但这也是不得不的事情,需要继续加油。

      你还好,还进了火箭班,还大学时过了四六级,,羡慕,读书时就特别羡慕英语好的同学。毕业后回想起来,读书时英语不好的主要原因是:不自信,不相信自己也能学好英语。记得中学有篇英语课文,是关于“迪斯尼乐园”的,学那课时,我把全文背了下来,后来发现在做该课的课后习题时,自己竟然能做好好多——遗憾的是,没有把背英语课文的事情给坚持下来……。现在好了,当学习不是生活中的“主角”,再学起来,似乎没有那么大的压力了,自由地学习,自由地背英语吧!这一年,这100句,一定要拿下。

        我觉得英语好的听力材料挺重要的,然后就是目的和坚持了,我回忆起自己的求学经历其实坐过山车的,火箭班的那场考试汇聚了全市前300名,我们校的12人中也才仅有一人入选,从那之后,开始沉迷打游戏,初三先是失去了推荐生资格,与全市第一的重点高中失之交臂,还和父母的关系闹得很僵,高中更是跌落谷底,差点都进不了一本线,甚至有轻微的抑郁,虽然最后高考以3/34万的排名进入了大学,但这段阴影一直伴随我良久,这是大学的第四年,实习的第二个月,再次回顾人生经历的时候,我也在慢慢咀嚼和反思,寻找自己的弱点,坦然接受自己的不完美,当然也要寻求出路,路还很长,一起加油,很晚了,王老师也早点休息吧。

          是的,it's easier said than done,即使比较轻松的事情,要坚持相当一段时间,没有强大的源源不断的毅力是做不到(难以做到)的。让我想起我一个亲戚,大学四年疯狂玩游戏,结果挂科太多,被延迟一年毕业,而且只得到了毕业证书,而没得到学位证书,,以至于后来,与一些招考无缘了。我的大学第四年实习,是在一个乡政府,有个办公室工作人员特别熟悉OFFICE办公室软件,教给我好多现在还在用的技能,比如,word里带序号时,回车,会自动增加序号,如果不想新增序号,可以在增加序号后按下“Ctrl+Z”就OK了。过去,不论得失,都值得回忆,都可以找到经验或是教训,等老了的时候再回忆吧。趁着还年轻,多干点老了好回忆的大事、开心事。👻

      觉得顺手就行,单词确实是个棘手的问题,我也不知道咋突破初中英语水平这个瓶颈。
      有个说法:站在岸上学游泳,不如在有陪练的情况下跳到泳池里学游泳。对于英语而言,估计也要采用类似的方法,,那就是每天把自己置身到English的氛围中,啥都要英语氛围,,看的影视作品要英语的,读的小杂志也要英语的,跟家里懂点儿英语的家人说话也用英语……。不知道效果如何?

    在我们这,小一点的学校也有非专业的教师任教其它学科的情况,不过初中一般不会涉及到语数外科目。有一说一,当老师对自己专业能力方面的促进非常明显,跟上大学时候的感觉完全不同。

      我们这边目前还存在村级“教学点”的情况,通常一两个老师管两个班,所有的科目。
      当老师,对自己专业能力的促进非常明显,主要指年轻老师吧;至于四五十岁左右的老师(通常都是家中上有老下有下),工作的主要目的就是“工资收入”,自我提升的已经不多了,基本都是躺平的姿态了哈。
